All drivers on the platform are required to hold valid licenses, permits, and insurance, which we verify before activation.

The Hotel Panel is free for hotels. Our revenue comes from the driver side of the platform — not from you.

Support & Operations

• 24/7 support line — reach our operations team by phone or chat at any time, including nights and weekends
• Pre-booked ride confirmation — for scheduled rides, a driver is typically assigned 30–60 minutes before pickup. If no driver is available, our team contacts you in advance so you can make alternative arrangements
• No-show handling — if a guest does not appear at pickup, the driver waits for 20 minutes. After that, the trip is cancelled and no charge applies. No awkward calls needed
• Cancellations & changes — cancel or modify any order directly in the panel with one tap, as long as the driver has not started the trip. No need to call anyone
• Disputed fares — if a guest has a question about a fare, contact our support team. We review the trip data (route, distance, time) and resolve it within 24 hours
• Guest data — we only store the minimum data required to complete the ride (name, phone, route). All data is processed in accordance with GDPR and Icelandic privacy law
